RAJA is a Brazilian brand of handmade jewelry and accessories for all genders, created by the couple Janaina Barreto and Rafael Nascimento in 2015 in the capital of Brazil (Brasília – DF).
Janaina, originally from São Paulo, has always been a big admirer and enthusiast of fashion and accessories and since her teenage years was involved with some craft works either for herself or to make some extra money.
Rafael, who was born in Brasília, has always had art and creativity present and pulsing in his heart and hands. We both come from entrepreneurial families so turning the hobby of jewelry making/selling into a business was a not surprising result.
Our handmade pieces are mostly made of metal, silver 925, silver 950, silver plating, natural stones, leather (natural and synthetic) and resin. We believe in the power that accessories have to add value to the personality of our customers, as well as to influence self-esteem, energy, mood, style and well-being.
Our Mission
In 2019 (because of one family member already living in Latvia) we took the bold decision to choose the middle country in the Baltics as our new home and the place for us to continue and expand our beloved brand. So when you purchase a RAJA product you not only get a unique and stylish handmade piece, but you also support the dream of an entrepreneurial couple.
Today, 9 years since the beginning of RAJA’s history, we have pieces that are our own creations, produced in Latvia, as well as from a few other collaborators and talented Brazilian artists, selected with great care and love, to add to our collections.
